Revelry Event Lighting
Tent lighting rentals are our specialty, but we can light (almost) any space! Specialty event lighting brings warmth and atmosphere to weddings, private events, and outdoor celebrations. From elegant lighting inside the tent, to inside barns, around event spaces, or even outside of restroom trailers, we customize every installation to fit your venue. Tell us where you want the glow and we’ll take care of the rest.
Don’t see what you’re looking for? Our event lighting inventory goes beyond what’s listed. If we don’t already have it, we can design, build, or source custom lighting to bring your vision to life – even the ones that start as just a dream.
Designing your event lighting:
Lighting is personal. It sets the mood, shapes the space, and quietly defines how a moment in time can feel. Your lighting should reflect your style, your priorities, and your budget.
The one thing that is always true: We love working with clients to execute unique lighting installations. It’s why we’re one of the only rental companies to offer full-service specialty lighting.
If you’re starting to think about lighting for your event, here’s a helpful checklist to guide the conversation.
-
What is your goal for lighting?
Functional lighting can still be beautiful, but finding the right solution is often simpler than selecting lighting options that are meant to be an integral part of the décor. -
What time does your event end? What time is the sun setting on that day?
The minimum amount of lighting you’ll need is very different for an event ending at 11pm in October than one ending at 9pm in June. -
If your event is in one of our beautiful fall months, when the sun sets earlier, what time is dinner being served?
If guests will be eating after sunset, you may want to consider adding a bit more lighting than if dancing is the only focus after dark. -
How much power is available? Where is power available?
Not the most fun question, but figuring this out ahead of time is much better than being surprised when your band plugs in and there isn’t enough power to run all those beautiful lights. - Have you thought about the lighting in all the areas? Can people see on their way to the restroom? Will the bartender be able to see when the sun goes down?
